RECITALS

WHEREAS the undersigned desires to set out in writing the matters described below;

WHEREAS this document has been prepared with reference to the laws of Ontario, Canada;

NOW, THEREFORE, the following provisions shall apply:

ARTICLE 1 — THE PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 — THE ITEM

Type: Motor Vehicle

Description: 2019 Ford F-150 XLT, VIN 1FTEW1E50KFA12345 (example), 98,000 km, blue

ARTICLE 3 — PURCHASE PRICE

The Buyer will pay the Seller $18,500 for the Motor Vehicle (the "Purchase Price").

ARTICLE 4 — DATE OF SALE AND TRANSFER

The sale takes effect on 2026-11-02 (the "Date of Sale"). Ownership of and title to the Motor Vehicle transfer to the Buyer on the Date of Sale once the Purchase Price is paid in full. The Seller will deliver the Motor Vehicle and sign any transfer or registration documents reasonably required.

5. CONDITION — "AS IS"

The Buyer has inspected the Motor Vehicle (or has had the opportunity to do so) and accepts it in its present "AS IS" condition, with all faults. The Seller makes no warranty about the Motor Vehicle's condition, fitness or merchantability, except the title warranty in Section 6. The Buyer is encouraged to obtain an independent inspection before signing.

ARTICLE 6 — TITLE WARRANTY

The Seller warrants that the Seller owns the Motor Vehicle, has the right to sell it, and that it is free of liens, claims and encumbrances except as disclosed here. No liens or encumbrances are disclosed.

ARTICLE 7 — GOVERNING LAW

This bill of sale is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The parties submit to the courts of Ontario for any dispute under this bill of sale.

ARTICLE 8 — GENERAL

This document is the entire agreement between the parties about the sale of the Motor Vehicle and may be signed in counterparts (including electronic copies).
